Pure, seasoned teakwood lame for controlled sourdough bread scoring. This unique, hand-crafted, round lame is designed and contoured to equip one type of blade for easy manoeuvring. Our lames are 100% chemical free and are personally treated for a week in natural linseed oil over a 3-step process.
Each Lame is finished with multiple sanding and oil laquering by hand . Small imperfections does not attributes to defects but to the particularity of hand processing and finish.
