The shape is specially curated to be able to equip more efficient and ergonomic manoeuvring. The blade setting can also be customised to give long as well as short exposure for easy bread scoring.
We go an edge-beyond with our genuine leather cases and blade sleeves to prevent finger cuts, and for safekeeping. Our lames are 100% chemical free and are personally treated for a week in natural linseed oil over a 3-step process.
